All donations made to Logical Conservative are voluntary and non-refundable. Donations support our mission and activities. We reserve the right to refuse or return donations at our discretion. Logical Conservative is not a tax-exempt organization, and donations are not tax-deductible unless otherwise specified.

3. Merchandise Sales

We offer merchandise for sale to support our cause. All sales are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to modify or discontinue products at any time. Prices are subject to change without notice. By making a purchase, you agree to provide accurate and complete information for order processing.

Returns & Refunds

• All sales are final unless the product is defective or incorrect.
• Customers must contact us within 14 days of receiving their order for resolution.
• Refunds or exchanges will be issued at our discretion.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Media

If you upload images to the website, you should avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.
